Planning your trip should feel exciting and easy. When you work with Josh Sufrin Travels, you can expect a smooth, personalized experience from start to finish.

Whether you have a destination in mind or need help deciding where to go, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Book a consultation. Once you book a consultation through zoom or in person, we will start the process of discussing where you would like to go, for how long and for how many people. I will then send you a questionnaire to better understand your preferences of what you like on a vacation.

After completing the questionnaire we will go over it in detail.

Trip building starts. Trip planning and researching could take anywhere from a week-three weeks to build your perfect itinerary. Finalized itineraries will be finished up to one month before the vacation. Throughout this process I will be in communication to make sure we are on the same page about planning your vacation. * Please note, that the process of planning could be shorter depending on the complexity of the vacation. Shorter vacations will take less time to plan

Finalization of the itinerary will be one month before said trip. Any last minute changes will need to be discussed a week prior to the trip. Once the itinerary is fully finalized, documents will be sent either through the mail or through an email.
